Project # 14. Samme's The Birthday Project.
Email me the month and date of your birthday and I will arrange it in a list where people can check out whose birthday it is for the month and can click to your link and leave a birthday greeting to you right on your birthday. I know the reason why we don't show our birthday in our profile pages is because the "year" is included in the zaadz profile form. Well here you only have to tell me just the month and date. Let us not miss on the chance of greeting our friends and fellow zaadzters a wonderful happy birthday. Drop them a note and greet them a happy birthday. In my book a person's birthday is a whole month so go ahead and greet them even if it is already over.
Title your email "My Birthday" so I can easily distinguish it as I get all kinds of email. Sounds fun? Great! Let's bring back our childlike magic and wonder. Thank you!

I happen to know someone whose b-day… is today… Magnumvox - how about surprise him? :) Let's bring about a perfect day for each b-day for they were meant to be days of special celebration. Also in many countries the NAME days are as special as well - hint for next project? - you have too many already, but where Joy & Inspiration flow there could never be too much, yes?

Birthdays are fun! Now we are getting to know whose birthday we share with and all that fun stuff.
Thank you again everybody. I want to answer Darina's question. My best birthdays are when I was a kid and my mom and dad when he was still alive would buy cake and ice cream and other stuff and I get to invite all my neighborhood playmates to our house.
I did not know about Name Days until now and I would like to share this to everybody.
What is a Name Day?
Start Celebrating Your Name Day.
According to this tradition my Name Day is August 26. More reasons to celebrate.

Mine is September 3rd and thanks Samme for noticing I'm gone and asking how I am. Made me feel warm and welcome! Just came back from India…still sleepy and missing mom already. Love this project and good to know you. Haven't tried zIM yet…will soon.

Hi! I'm January 13th and thanks for noticing my profile.
September Morn, Samme. That means September 1, 1953. I only made it inot September by a few minutes. There was a sliver of a moon shining over the desert. My Daddy said the first thing I smelled was the smell of sage brush after a rain. He also said I was all eyes, and called me Sovonoka, little owl, in Russian. He called me that all during this life.

Hi, this is a little late Happy birthday wish, and “mine is dec.5.” info, and a BIG Thanks for the peace poem. I found it in my first Zaadz days,just surfing arround, wrote a little something and than latter I could not find you any more. If I recall right (or was I too high of all the good energy there, and therefore-hallucinating?) your avatar was Prince's picture, so I was trying to find you by that name, or by “peace poem” tag, but no results. Therefore, today I was even more amazed and sooo happy when the note came to my mail about the poem. I almost forgot about it, and got bristled for the excitement when I saw it all together, it moves me to tears and to joy- jumps, so HEALING! Also, through you I found “New man” who had a “Kurukshetra” avatar at that time, and on his blog-the MISSING Link… AlI is so beautifully connected and I'm just happy,happy, happy, happy, happy…………..Love, Daniela

Hey there Samme! Thank you for this dude! So it was June 16, 1956 during a thunderstorm in New Jersey. I remember looking out of the hospital window and the leaves on the trees were all silvery and the wind was blowing right before it got still out and then the rain came. Actually I don't remember but I'm working on it. And if Mindy, my girlfriend from second grade is listening, I forgive you for sitting on my birthday cake in fifth grade and I still love you.
Aww man, I just missed another reason to celebrate myself…according to the Name Day, mine was Dec.2! Wish I would've seen this before, LOL ;-)

Hi Samme! I am trying to hang out here at zaadz a little more frequently. This birthday thing is such a sweet idea, thanks for doing it. My birthday is December 12th. :) Love and Warm Wishes for the holiday season.
What a wonderful idea, I am a summer child and I like to be the birthday princess again once a year, especially after I passed through a certain 'dreaded ' age so gracefully …(oh but I was so much older then I'm younger than that now….!)……….. I figured from there on only gratutude and celebration ………..
